Education is a tool to improve our countries development. There are many elements which are effected to reach the goal :

School culture

School enviroment is very important to improve  quality     of Education by encouraging teamwork,  cultivating  positive relationship between teacher and students and emphasizing  the importance  of tolerance and emphaty. These conditions build students feel ,  safed and     supported

Students centered learning.

Motivating students to be number one of learning. By this effort, they feel they have their lesson. Besides, incorporating group work project can adopt the class become active and it Will be a learning experience to the student.

Giving opportunities for teacher to develop their skill.

Modern school has ab good access to improve  their teacher\’s skills. By joinning events such as workshop, seminars, and training. It can elevate teacher to improve  their knowledge and prove the skills in front of the class.

Maximizing technology use as learning tool.

Utilizing interactive and global media, such as computer  networking, educational applications, online resources,    and digital platform is a strategy to empower learning. Besides students are enthusiast about the materials teacher also growing their capabilities in system  applications and avoiding teacher\’s illiterate and unadapted toward digitalization.

Creating Teacher and parents collaboration.

Activating parents in collaborative with teacher can build     a good circle. Teacher should invite them   joinning some events , we can say regular meeting, progress report  meeting, and parent teacher association.  By doing this  effort, students problem are solved.

Implementing smaller classes

Smaller classes is very efficient to conduct effective class. Students are more focused in material given by teacher and teacher\’s are provided more individualzed attention to each student

MTs Attaqwa 03 Babelan has conducted the elements. Everyday the writer do as a role of Education. By implementing these elements , the writer feel optimist and try to di her effort in improving the quality of Education. Hopefully, MTs Attaqwa 03 Babelan can be motivator to the others institutions in improving the quality of Education.
